Q: How Do I Place an Online Order With Bloxx Toys? +

A: Whether you have an account or not, shopping online is simple:

Once you find something great that you wish to purchase:

  • Click the "Add to Cart" button -->A shopping cart will now be established for you. 
  • Continue to shop until you have all your required items showing in your shopping cart.
  • To view your Cart just click on the Cart Picture (at the top right corner)
  • Review / remove / add / adjust quantities and add any notes.
  • When you are ready to place your order, press the "Checkout" button and complete the required information.  
  • Click "Continue" to review your order before submission.  
  • Your order is not complete until you click "Finalize."  
  • Don't forget to record your order number!
Q: How Bloxx Toys will ship my order?
A: It really depends on what you're ordering! As a marketplace, each merchant partner has their own carrier of choice, to ship out orders. Popular choices are Purolator, Canada Post, Canpar, UPS & FedEx.  Once an order ships out, you will receive an email letting you know what carrier was used, and how you can track your package. 
Q: How can I pay for my order?
A:  Bloxx Toys offers different payment options:
  • Canadian Credit Cards - VISA, Master Card, AMEX 
  • PayPal - website payments 
  • Q: When will my order arrive?
    A: Orders placed for standard in-stock items are normally processed within 24 hours (next business day for weekend orders), plus you should allow shipping time based on your ship via option selected.  Items not currently in stock are given lead times based on previous sales. Usually every product has an estimated shipping time written.
    You can track your order at the tracking link that will be sent to you as soon as we ship the order.
    Q: How can I calculate my shipping charges?
    A: Free delivery is available on orders of $100 or more, prior to taxes and discounts.
    Orders less than $100 or those outside of Ontario and Quebec, are charged a minimal shipping fee.
    Q: How do I return a purchase ? 
    A: Returns must be authorized by a representative of Bloxx Toys within 30 days  of purchase. All products must be returned in original packaging with original proof of purchase. In the event of a discrepancy with your order, Bloxx Toys must be notified immediately upon acceptance for any adjustments.

    Q: Do you  offer any specials?  
    A: Yes . Bloxx Toys offers lots of items on Sale . You can view the current on Sale items at the  following section.

    Q: Do you offer gift wrapping for Online Orders?

    Sure! In order to get your purchase gift-wrapped just add  a note to your order and ask for the Gift Wrap. You can also include a short message that will be printed and attached to your gift.
    Q: Can I place my order over the phone?
    A: No. Unfortunatelly, We cannot accept orders by phone.
